A Quick Update on 2026 GPGPU & ASIC Volume

Recently, many readers have inquired about the volume forecast of CSP ASIC chips for next year. In an article earlier this year, I introduced TSMC’s CoWoS wafer capacity forecast for 2026 (A Quick Update on TSMC CoWoS Capacity Adjustment). Today, I’ll provide a brief update and estimate the quantities of GPGPU and ASIC chips for each major players in the coming year based on that.
